This hotel was just perfect for the 4 of us. The rooms were a good size, and we upgraded to a lovely suite with a kitchenette and spacious living room. The service was very helpful, especially Jermin who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was the best, within walking distance of all the attractions of downtown Chattanooga. The morning dining was just ok, but we enjoyed the complimentary finger foods and beer on tap. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, including a full kitchen with everything I needed. However, there were a few issues with the missing remote for the TV and a broken light. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the dining experience, while good, could have offered more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel feels like little apartments complete with silverware, pots, pans, and cutting board, yet the rooms smelled like dirty laundry, had a water leak under the sink, and 2 cockroaches in the kitchen. The service, especially from Jermin at the front desk, was friendly and helpful, offering a grocery shopping service and a welcome drink. The location is convenient, steps away from downtown attractions and the riverfront. Dining was equally delicious, with crisp salads available before 9 am. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives, with room for improvement.

Wowza! This hotel is such a gem. The rooms are like little apartments complete with all you could need including silverware, pans, cutting board, and even a full fridge. The staff is top-notch, always eager to help and going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location is superb, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the beautiful River Front area. The dining experience could use a little improvement, but the overall value for money is excellent.
